TechniArt Incorporated’s product warranty and return policy outline the following:

Order Cancellations
If you want to cancel your order, please get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible.
If your order has already shipped, you may attempt to refuse the package. If you cannot refuse the package, you will need to process a return. We will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days once we receive the merchandise.
General Item Returns
Customers can return all purchases within 30 days from the date of delivery. Sorry, we will not accept returns after 30 days.
Contact our customer service department by phone, email, or chat to initiate your return. They will provide you with a prepaid label by calculating the shipping fee based on the weight of your returned items. We will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund amount unless your return was a result of an error made by TechniArt.
You are responsible for returning items in their original condition. Package items carefully for shipment and address to the following locations pending shipping carrier:

Upon receiving the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
We cannot refund products that have been installed or are not in original, resale condition, such as smart thermostats. Smart thermostats must be sealed in original packaging for return. If you open your smart thermostat, we will not accept it as a return. We strongly advise you to check compatibility with your system before opening the package.
If you receive the wrong item, contact our customer service department, who will facilitate an exchange.
If you have a product that you wish to return for reasons other than a broken or defective product, please contact our customer service department by phone at 860-693-2003 or by email at customerservice@techniart.com.
TechniArt will accept returns/exchanges for products purchased up to 30 days from the date of receipt. Items must be in their original state; unused and in their original box. It is up to you to package your return in a way so it will safely arrive back to us. You may want to insure the product you are returning with the shipping company. In the case of a return for a refund, when the product is received you will be issued a credit equal to the product purchase price in the form of a check or a refund back to the credit card you purchased with. The consumer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred in returning the product.
After contacting TechniArt’s customer service department, pack your return carefully, and ship it to the address below. Returns that are sent COD will not be accepted.

Log Files
We follow a standard log file procedure. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and are a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. We use this information to analyze trends, administer the site, track users’ movement on the website, and gather demographic information. It does not link to any personally identifiable data.

This data helps optimize the users’ experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors’ browser types and other information.

These technologies measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and personalize the advertising content you see on websites you visit. Tracking and Analytics
We use Google Analytics to help us evaluate customers’ use of our website and to improve content and website performance. Information we track through Google Analytics includes visits, unique sessions, acquisition information, browser type, device type, operating system, page views, and other similar data points. We do not share personal information with third parties; however, some third party sites may keep track of customer browsing activities when they serve them content, enabling the content they can present. Customers can enable their broswers Do Not Track signal so that third parties know they do not want to be tracked. Third-Party Privacy Policies
Our Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. Thus, we advise you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about opting out of specific options. You can choose to disable cookies through your browser options. You can find more detailed information about cookie management on respective web browser’s websites.
Children’s Information
Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, monitor, and guide their online activity. We do not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately, and we will do our best to remove such information from our records promptly.
Online Privacy Policy Only
This Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities. It is valid for visitors to our website regarding their shared and collected information on our website. This policy does not apply to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website.
California Residents
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits Website(s) users who are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. - The categories of sources from which we have collected Personal Information about you;
- The business or commercial purposes for selling or collecting Personal Information about you;
- The categories of Personal Information sold or shared about you, as well as the categories of third parties to whom the Personal Information was sold, by category of Personal Information for each party to whom Personal Information was sold; and
- The specific pieces of Personal Information collected.
You may submit a request to know or a request to access and obtain a copy of the personal infornation that we have collected about you in the last 12 months via email or phone. The delivery of our response may take place electronically or by mail. We are not required to respond to requests to know or to access more than twice in 12 months.
(ii) Requests to Delete
You may submit a request to delete Personal Information via the Privacy Tools. You have the right to request that we delete any Personal Information about you that we have collected. Upon receiving a verified request to delete Personal Information, we will do so unless otherwise authorized by law.
(iii) Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf. You must provide an authorized agent with written permission to submit a request on your behalf, and we may require that you verify your identity directly with us. Alternatively, an authorized agent that has been provided power of attorney under Probate Code sections 4000-4465 may submit a request on your behalf.
(iv) Methods for Submitting Consumer Requests and Our Response to Requests
You may submit a request for access and requests to delete Personal Information about you via email at support@techniart.com or phone by calling 860.693.2003.
Upon receiving a request, we may ask you for additional information to verify your identity. Any additional information you provide will be used only to verify your identity and not for other purposes. We will acknowledge the receipt of your request within ten (10) business days of receipt. Subject to our ability to verify your identity, we will respond to your request within 45 business days of receipt.
(v) The Right to Non-Discrimination
You have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your California privacy rights described above.
(vi) Sale of Personal Information
In the last 12 months, we have not sold Personal Information collected on and through the Sites.
