Salt River Project
Salt River Project (SRP) sought to increase income-eligible customer enrollment in their Demand Response program. We engineered a custom demand response pre-enrollment (DRPE) platform where income-eligible customers entered a unique promo code to order a free kit containing Google Nest thermostats and other energy-saving measures. Customers enrolled in SRP’s demand response program when they placed an order without having to provide extensive information.
The DRPE platform has generated over 4,000 orders with a 40% conversion rate in two months.
